Engagements

Prices shown on this site are starting points in UAE dirhams. Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before work begins, and the written agreement — not this site — governs deliverables, timelines, and payment. Submitting the application form creates no engagement by itself.

Digital products

Digital products such as the Social Media Bible are sold through Gumroad under Gumroad’s checkout terms. Purchases give you a personal licence to use the material; they do not transfer copyright or permit redistribution.

Content and ownership

The site’s content, design, and brand are Pop-Cult’s or used with permission. Client names and results shown in case studies come from real engagements. Don’t reproduce site content commercially without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent UAE law permits, Pop-Cult is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing law
